    CHEMFAB® Release Solutions for Welding PVC

    Thermally efficient and virtually maintenance free, uPVC windows and doors have become an increasingly popular cost effective solution for commercial and residential buildings around the world.

    Manufacturing in high volumes requires streamlined operation for every part of the production process, and consistent release is a must to maximize output and minimize potential defects when welding uPVC windows and doors.

    With superior release surface and temperature resistance up to 260°C / 500°F, CHEMFAB PTFE products are optimal surfacing materials used to prevent melted PVC from sticking to and building up on welding platens of your machinery. Offered as release sheets for V, flat and combined welding platens, CHEMFAB release sheets are suitable to use in all hot plate welding processes, including RF and microwave systems. Easy-to-clean, the non-stick surface reduces the risk of contamination and weld failures, while offering excellent welding plate protection and reducing maintenance needs to a minimum.

    CHEMFAB® Release Solutions for Welding Windows and Doors

    CHEMAB ptfe coated belts work as release solutions on the heated platens for welding pvc doors and windows

    During the welding of PVC windows and doors, CHEMFAB PTFE release sheets envelope the four heated welded platens on each corner of the window or door and provide consistent release and prevent melted PVC from sticking to and building up on welding platens of the machinery.
