CHEMFAB® non-stick solutions comprise a wide range of fabric reinforced PTFE and silicone composite materials. They provide outstanding value in many different applications varying from non-stick baking sheets for home use to conveyor belts in high-temperature, high-volume polymer processing industries. 

CHEMFAB® PTFE-Coated Fabrics

CHEMFAB® PTFE-coated fabrics are primarily based on woven glass fabrics coated with fluoropolymers such as Teflon® but also include aramid based fabrics using Kevlar® or Nomex® or similar type yarns. They offer outstanding non-stick performance, high temperature, chemical and fire resistance as well as excellent electrical properties. They are suitable for use in direct contact with food  (FDA compliant) as well as outdoor use in all weather conditions. 

CHEMLAM® PTFE-Fabric Laminates

High performance CHEMLAM® non-stick fabrics combine all the resistance properties of advanced fluoropolymer films with the mechanical strength of fiberglass and aramid fabrics. The film ensures a more consistent PTFE thickness across the full texture of the woven fabric while the void and crack-free surface provides superior non-stick performance and improved permeation resistance. CHEMLAM® materials often exceed lifetimes and productivity achieved by tradtional PTFE-fabrics by a factor of  2 to 5 times. 

CHEMSTIK® and CHR® PTFE-Fabric Tapes

CHR® CHEMSTIK® range of products comprises PTFE coated and or laminated fabrics with a pressure sensitive adhesive on one side. Available with silicone or acrylic adhesives, CHEMSTIK® pressure sensitive tapes are frequently used as an alternative to CHEMFAB® non-stick solutions due to the ease of applying and positioning them to various surfaces and the ability to remove them when replacement is required. 

DARLYN® & FLUEFLEX® Expansion joint membranes

High strength, chemical and temperature resistant materials, DARLYN® & FLUFLEX® are specifically designed PTFE-fabric composites for use as flexible expansion joint membranes. Using patented technology, DARLYN® has succeeded in replacing high weight and bulky fluoroelastomers in exhaust duciting systems for major power plants and industrial installations around the world. 

CHEMSIL® & SlipGrip® Silicone Glass Fabrics

The CHEMSIL® range comprises both one and two-sided silicone coated fabrics which have excellent non-stick release properties and good chemical resistance but with higher levels of surface friction. SlipGrip® is an innovative combination of PTFE coating on one side and silicone on the other which provides a "slippy" low friction surface on one side with a "grippy" higher surface friction on the other and is an ideal material to create a removable non-stick work surface.
